Why all this audio?

These audio selections represent the virtue born in every baptized Orthodox Christian of philokalia, or "love of virtue." Lives of Saints, Scripture, sermons, and spiritual conversations help us in our journey to study the virtues so that we may come to love God with all our heart, mind, and strength. They are tools to help us as we pray, "O Lord, teach me Thy statutes."

Do you have a blessing?

Yes. My spiritual father, Abbot Gerasim of St. Herman of Alaska Monastery in Platina, California has approved of me posting audio selections on the internet. However, be advised that these are links to digital files that I have collected by purchasing various tapes and CDs. Like other online "radio stations", all are welcome to listen to these files streaming on the internet, but please be advised that they are the fruit of works of love of various pious people; and as Holy Scriptures teaches, "A worker is worthy of his wages," so please donate or buy your own copy of these lectures of Mr. Zalalas or various books from their respective publishers so that they may continue their good work which benefits all of us.
